It was an incredibly efficient process with little to no hassle. We had the trailer hitched up ready to go and were headed back home in time for dinner. "Amazing Experience!I always prefer doing business with a locally small-owned business when I can. Many times this is just not economically possible. I stumbled upon Shoals Outdoor Sports kind of by accident. I was going to purchase the same mower from a big box store and was checking with them because they were listed as an authorized service center. Through conversation with the service manager, I was informed they sold the same mower I was going to get. Not only were they competitive in pricing, the mower was actually less expensive. Put that together with the servicing component, and this was a win-win for me. And as a Christian, it was an added bonus to do business with another Christian. One simply cannot get the level of individual attention given at a big box retailer. Also, it is importation me to patronize a business that shares my values, rather than a big corporation which promotes that which I disagree. I am confident Shoals Outdoor Sports will be there for me not just at the point of sale. Thank you Shoals Outdoor Sports for a delightful transaction. Im sure we will do more business in the future.
